A WHITE SAGE RITUAL:

Draw a circle around yourself (real or imagined). Whisper:
“This space is mine.”

Write a list of what you no longer consent to—energetically, emotionally, physically.
Burn it safely or tear it up into compost for your garden. Let your no nourish your roots.
